This is brilliant at getting rid of the little bumps on my arms and giving me smooth legs. You don't need much so a tube lasts quite a while. I use it in the shower, make sure to apply to damp skin (but not directly under water flow) and then scrub away. I recommend it for use year round, it definitely improves my skin.

This is a nice product . It is very gentle on the skin - it is not very abrasive and doesn;t leave your skin red like many exfoliants. I think, though, that you could find comparable products for a lesser price.
